Dan Kelly

Chief Executive Officer

Dan Kelly is an entrepreneur, global thought leader, and advisory board member with a proven success record of more than 15 years.

Mr. Kelly started his career with the FBI but discovered that being a government employee wasn’t for him as he prefers a pay-for-performance (vs. time-in-grade) compensation model. Dan has been recognized by several local, regional, and global mainstream media publications. For example, INC Magazine recognized Mr. Kelly, and a company he founded (“The Negotiator Guru”), as #15 on the INC 5000 and the 2nd fastest growing private company in Minnesota.

Mr. Kelly is a hands-on executive operator that focuses on creating simple and scalable organizations, supported by strong team culture, that organically produce significant return on investment for all stakeholders. Mr. Kelly has been issued a “Top Secret - SCI” security clearance by the US Department of Justice (FBI) and a separate “Q” clearance by the US Department of Energy, among others.

Mr. Kelly maintains his investigative license through the State of Minnesota (LIC# 2178) and his Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE) license (LIC# 564608) via the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners. Mr. Kelly received his Bachelor’s Degree (BA) from the University of Denver and Masters of Business Administration (MBA) from St. Leo University.

Mr. Kelly is very active in many philanthropic efforts including, but not limited to, the reduction of crimes against children globally.

Doug Farrington

Chief Operations Officer

Doug Farrington recently held the position of Regional Digital Officer for North America at BASF-Agricultural Products. BASF-AP is a leading global agribusiness organization as part of the BASF group of companies based in Ludwigshafen, Germany. In this role, he founded the North America AgroStart program to find, fund and commercialize Agricultural start-up companies.

Mr. Farrington has broad experience in finance, HR, manufacturing, supply-chain, product innovation, technical operations and digital, and has held a variety of roles within consumer products, manufacturing, agribusiness, consulting and start-up companies.

He has been a member/volunteer in AgGateway since 2013 and served as chairperson of the AgGateway Board of Directors until joining ADAR. In these roles Mr. Farrington has helped shape the future of AgGateway as it enables the transition to digital agriculture.

Mr. Farrington has been involved with startups for over 20 years and currently serves as judge and mentor in The Gauntlet Business Program & Competition in Virginia, USA.

He has a bachelor’s degree in Accounting from the University of Illinois and has certificates in Project Management, Strategic Risk Management, Design Thinking, and Strategic Foresight.

Arie Bos

Chief Technology Officer

Arie Bos, M.Sc., is the initiator of ADAR Technologies and inventor of the revolutionary and groundbreaking technology. He started building the first prototypes in 2018, and after four years of testing both in The Netherlands and in the United States, he knew the technology was ready to be manufactured and deployed globally.

Throughout his professional career, Mr. Bos built up significant experience as an industrial design engineer focused on solving many difficult challenges. This includes, but is not limited to, the design and production of electronic products, sporting goods, consumer goods, and professional furniture.

He started his Design Engineering studio in 1988 in Rotterdam, Netherlands and still works as an independent design consultant. Mr. Bos also worked several years as managing director for Evans Airport Solutions, a division of Evans Consoles Corp, where he led the innovation team for new airport interiors and equipment. In 2013, he won the InterAirport award in Munich, Germany for innovation in self-service check-in counters.

Mr. Bos’s education was in The Netherlands at 1) Academy for Industrial Design in Eindhoven and 2) Industrial Design Engineering at the University of Technology in Delft, where he was awarded his Master’s Degree.

While not working on ADAR matters, Mr. Bos also serves as a part-time teacher, coach and examiner on the faculty of Industrial Design Engineering at Delft University of Technology.

Chrissy Hudson

Chief of Staff

Chrissy Hudson serves as ADAR's Chief of Staff. With 17 years of experience in non-profit leadership and over a decade as a business operations consultant across diverse industries, Chrissy has a proven track record of guiding effective change management and driving organizational success. Prior to joining ADAR, Chrissy served as Director of Operations and Corporate Affairs at a global consulting firm, where she played a pivotal role in streamlining processes to enhance operational efficiency. At ADAR, she serves as a force multiplier, ensuring alignment across the executive leadership team and translating visions into actionable strategies.

Tom Mohrmann

Managing Director, Europe

Tom Morhmann serves as ADAR's Managing Director, Europe. With a Master's degree in Business Economics and over a decade of experience in FMCG and Ag Tech leadership, Tom brings unparalleled expertise to our team. He has a proven track record of scaling and innovating industrial processes, honed through roles at Nestlé and Protifarm (Ynsect). Tom's extensive international network spans Europe, the USA, and Asia, encompassing both B2C and B2B segments of the food industry. A versatile and creative entrepreneur with a strong commercial drive, Tom excels in adapting to diverse fields and industries. Proficient in M&A processes, Tom is passionate about contributing to the protein and energy transition, driving ADAR towards a more sustainable future.

Corné van Loenhout

Global Business Advisor

Corné van Loenhout serves as ADAR's Global Business Advisor. With a background in Marketing Management and over three decades of entrepreneurial experience, Corné is a seasoned consultant, entrepreneur, and investor. His ventures include large-scale solar parks exceeding 50 MW and pyrolysis activities. Functioning as both an entrepreneur and strategic advisor, Corné provides SMEs with independent, practical guidance in corporate finance and international business development. His services resonate particularly with clients aligned with the principles of circularity, innovation, and bio-based initiatives. Corné's invaluable insights and strategic guidance contribute significantly to ADAR's mission of driving sustainability and innovation.

Nathan Montgomery

Global Business Advisor

Nathan Montgomery is a serial entrepreneur and lawyer who started his career practicing at a top tier national law firm in Canada with a practice focused on corporate finance, securities and mergers & acquisitions. After leaving private practice, he became the General Counsel of a Schedule I bank in Canada and co-founded several fintech companies, including two that successfully exited. Currently, he acts as an executive and/or advisor for a number of different companies in the finance, technology and entertainment industries, including OpenPath (a payments connectivity and solutions platform) and 2TG Entertainment (an innovative video game studio).

Jason Zucker

Global Business Advisor

Jason Zucker, a professional ice hockey player with the NHL, brings his competitive drive and leadership skills to ADAR as a Global Business Consultant. Beyond the rink, Jason is a successful entrepreneur. He is also the founder of the nonprofit organization Give16 which is dedicated to supporting children and families in need.
